Information about our return policies

The Majestic Perfumes website offers a method of returning products or canceling the order according to the policy and terms shown below:

• Cancellation of the request is within 24 hours of the request through the Cancellation of Requests page.
• The amount will be transferred after canceling the order after 7 working days, except Friday and Saturday.
• In the event that the order is shipped and has not been canceled, then the customer wants to cancel the order, the customer bears the value of the freight and the amount is returned after the order is sent to our warehouse.
• If the product is broken or malfunctioning, a replacement perfume will be sent and the customer will bear the shipping cost only.
